Along Highway 1

We watched some humongous elephant seals laying lazily on the coast.

After a lot of full campgrounds, we finally found one along Highway 1: 20 bucks for as little as a pit toilet, fire ring and a faucet *scam* With the fire wood I collected from the fire rings of the unoccupied sites we had a buffet-like dinner: cheese bread burgers with burger meat, eggplant, peppers, lettuce, onions; baked potatoes + sweet potatoes (super delicious!), corn on a cob *mhh*

That night I even woke up because my at least (!!!) 30 mosquito bites were driving me crazy *ahh*
