We picked up a hitchhiking couple on our way to Jenny (*lol*) Lake. Sarah was a photographer from Florida, Daniel was from California and studying business.

On their hike, they had seen a huge grizzly very closely. Luckily, there had been some other hikers so they could make some noise to keep the bear at a distance. Still, they had fled as fast as they could and now they were too exhausted to walk back to the campground.

Kindly, Sarah and Daniel helped us take pictures at Jenny Lake.

We were brave enough to take a bath in the clear and cold water of Jackson Lake. It felt great to be clean. Our legs had been so sandy/dirty from hiking. Also Supar looked much brighter after his bath.

We kept a sharp lookout for a free campsite on the way to Yellowstone National Park but all were already taken. Alan had the great idea to ask some people to share and just park our van next to their cars – it worked *jipee*
